Hebble Properties Limited
At Hebble Properties we develop unique properties into fabulous homes. Established in 2011, but with many years of experience of building and converting properties, we are able to provide homes with all the character associated with older homes, but that benefit from the advantages of a newly built home, including warranties and brand new fixtures and fittings.
We develop homes for sale as well as those exclusively for our sister company Hebble Lets for the rental market, both are developed to the same exacting standards to ensure your new home will be comfortable for many years to come.
Our past projects include the conversion of the Bay Horse (or more famously Brothers Grimm) at Sowerby Bridge into four stylish apartments, the conversion of the Crown and Anchor (or more famously Hebble Brook) in Halifax into four cottages and the conversion of the Waggoners in Queensbury into four family homes.

We are not a letting agent, we only offer properties developed by, or taken in part exchange by Hebble Properties Limited, so we can be sure that the homes are to a very high standard, with all the touches to make your new home special.
All homes are completed to a superb specification and include all the appliances, where others leave spaces, and can be furnished for a small additional monthly charge.
